Research partnerships, applied technology, and institutional stewardship.
I work across research partnerships, emerging technology, and community leadership — contract strategy via previous role at the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory, venture building through Arkos Systems, and board service in my own community.
Business administration taught me how agreements are structured; data analytics taught me to distrust a claim without a number behind it. Together they make for a fairly literal way of working — read the terms, check the evidence, and write down what was actually agreed.

Foundational Experience
I learned to build companies by building two of them.
Before Arkos Systems I co-founded two ventures — a grocery delivery service and an e‑commerce business. Between them I worked on the ordering systems, the pricing, the books, and the operating agreements — a fast way to find out how much of company building is unglamorous paperwork done correctly.

A grocery delivery venture serving the Tri-Cities region. I helped launch and run it from nothing — the customer ordering system, pricing and market analysis, the financial documentation, and the partnership and operating agreements.

I am honored to sit on the board as the decisions made have a direct effect on the people that I call my neighbors, and because institutions earn trust the same way agreements do; by holding up when it would be easier if they didn’t.
It isn’t my first seat. I’ve served on governing and adjudicating bodies since high school.
